Dance Champ

DanceChamp offers a variety of Ballroom and Latin dance classes for both Adults & Children so whether you are young, old, new to dance, already have experience; if you want to dance for fun or competitively, get fit or make new friends, we have a class that is right for you.

DanceChamp provides top quality group tuition, in addition to other services, such as private tuition, wedding dance choreography, party bookings and Pro-Am partnering by fully qualified, licensed and insured former ballroom and Latin American champions.

So if you want to Cha Cha, Rumba or do the Quickstep, you can learn them all with Dance Champ.

Children's Classes

We structure our children's classes to ensure inclusion for all abilities.

“Ballroom Latinies” - Children's aged 4- 9 (under 8's).

Children’s Intro and Advanced from 9 to 16 years.

We have a strong ethos in teaching the correct technique for the Ballroom and Latin styles whilst teaching the children to have fun and enjoy the freedom and expression that dance gives us.   

We encourage, but do not enforce, for our pupils to undertake their UKA assessments as we believe that this system is a wonderful foundation not only for higher honours within dance but installs values of hard work and commitment to pupils which they can draw from later in life. 

By partaking in assessments pupils have the opportunity to be awarded with selection into the UKA medallist competition league around the country and most famously at the Winter Gardens, Blackpool.  

As well as exams we also present annual shows for pupils to display their hard-work to family, friends and loved ones.
